The following rental terms are an integral part of this agreement:

1-The tenant takes full responsibility for the rental item(s), stating that heis fit and able to use it,
without creating any risks to third parties.
2-The tenant declares that he withdraws the rented material in perfect state of operation and
maintenance, taking full responsibility for the risks during the use of it.
3-When using bikes and accessories, the tenant must always comply with the road code and comply
with the safety regulations, in case of stopping close to the bike or keep it always close to view to
avoid possible theft or tampering.
4-The material is not insured, in case of theft the tenant must make a regular complaint with the
relevant law enforcement agencies. In the event of loss or vandalism, the tenant agrees to notify and
pay the item in question, or the damage that has occurred, within the day, according to the market
value.
5-In the event of inadequate use or damage to the rented material, the restoration will be charged to
the tenant according to the value and price list in force - work cost.
6-Replacing the material with one at an equal value during the rental will always be possible.
7-This exclusion of civil and criminal liability includes damages rights to persons/materials derived
from both guilt and endangerment, irrespective of their legal case.
8-This contract must be exclusively accepted and signed by an adult, even for multiple persons or
groups, making itself responsible for all the entries of the contract, exhibiting valid ID.
9-The return of the rented material must take place in the place granted within the closing time, in
case of delay, notify the operator of the return point in time.
10-The early termination of the rental agreement is possible by returning the material without the
claim of reimbursement by the tenant, reimbursements are made exclusively for illnesses and/or
injury by displaying a medical certificate. By signing, I accept all conditions and the listed rental
material.
11-YEP SRL , as the Data Controller, hereby informs you that the personal data provided will be
processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, exclusively for the fulfillment of
contractual requirements and related obligations and, with your express consent, it may also be used
to send promotional and commercial communications. Your data will not be shared with third
parties and will only be disclosed to parties who are specifically assigned and authorized to process
it.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

The service \"Rental of equipment\" is provided by Yep Bike - Demo Account ☀️, (hereinafter referred to as the lessor). The rental conditions are an integral part of the rental contract. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the hirer confirms that he/she has read and fully accepted the rental conditions.

1. Taking over the equipment

The hirer takes over the equipment in good working order. The hirer is obliged to make any complaints to the lessor at the time of taking over the equipment.

2. Return of the equipment

The hirer is obliged to return the equipment to the lessor at the end of the rental period defined in the rental agreement and during opening hours. The equipment and all accessories provided by the lessor (helmets, etc.) must be returned to the lessor in perfect condition. If the hirer has lost or damaged accessories, these will be charged to him/her. Material damage will be charged at the published rates.

3. Extension of the rental period

An extension of the rental agreement is only possible with the consent of the lessor before the end of the current rental agreement. The lessor may refuse such an extension without giving any reason.

4. Minimum age of the hirer

The hirer must be of age.

5. Services and prices

The prices published by the lessor and in his brochures are valid.

6. Insurance

The hirer shall be responsible for insurance. By signing the rental agreement, the hirer confirms that he has adequately covered the risks associated with the use of the equipment. The equipment is not insured against theft and breakage.

7. Helmets

An approved helmet is provided free of charge.

8. Responsibility of the hirer

The hirer undertakes to use the rented equipment with care, without danger to third parties and in accordance with the attached safety instructions. The hirer is always responsible for the physical and material damages which he causes at the time of the use of the rented equipment (art.1383 and 1384 of the civil code). Yep Bike - Demo Account ☀️ will not engage its responsibility in case of damage or accidents undergone or caused by the hirer during the use of the rented equipment. The use in competition or for driving similar to a competition is forbidden. In the event of damage due to an accident, loss, theft or improper handling of the equipment, the hirer shall be liable for the costs of repair. In the event of total damage or loss, the hirer is liable for the replacement value of the equipment.

9. Security deposit

The lessor requires a credit card imprint, an identity document or a cheque as a deposit against loss, theft or damage to the equipment.

10. Applicable law

This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, in order to compare the points of view of the third parties and to enable them to find a solution to the dispute themselves, a mediator may be appointed by the parties or the judge beforehand. This mediation may then take two possible forms: conventional or judicial. In the event of mediation in the first instance and failure to resolve the dispute, the default court of jurisdiction would be that of the final lessee of the equipment. Upon agreement or in the event of different tenants and possible victims of damage, a single common court may be determined by the court.
